The St Ignatius Retreat House is a part of the St Ignatius Institute, founded in 2005 by the Jesuit Province in Slovenia. Its roots go back to 1930.
S. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus and founder of the spiritual exercises, is the heart of the House. The mission of running the House today has been entrusted to a community of Jesuit priests, their lay collaborators and a few volunteers. Everyone does their best to fulfil this mission in the best possible way.
During the time when the House does not offer spiritual programmes, it is open for tourists. Discover the characteristics of staying at the Saint Ignatius Retreat House.
